Personal data processed by Human Quality
In order to fulfill the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice, Human Quality shall process personal identification data, contact information, family data, employment information, physical characteristics data, academic information, lifestyle habits and interests data, financial and/or asset-related information, and data related to personal references.
By providing personal data relating to third parties, you acknowledge that you have obtained their consent for Human Quality to process such personal data in order to contact them and request references regarding you.
If you contact us through social media platforms, we may process the information contained in your public social media profile, as well as the content of your posts.
For the purposes described herein, Human Quality may also process sensitive personal data, including but not limited to: disabilities and type of disability, health condition, medical studies or examinations, height, weight, clothing size, illnesses or medical conditions of the data subject and of the references provided, medical treatments, injuries or accidents, union affiliation, political ideology, religious beliefs, involvement in legal proceedings or disputes, and membership in social or sports clubs.
Necessary purposes
Human Quality shall process your personal data for the following necessary purposes:

2. To place you in employment opportunities or temporary assignments;
3. To comply with recruitment, personnel selection and hiring agreements;
4. To provide personnel supply and administration services, payroll services, and other service agreements entered into with our clients;
5. To evaluate whether you are qualified to perform a position or function within a workplace;
6. To inform you of available job opportunities;
7. To contact you regarding a service request in order to verify information or request additional documentation or information;
8. To verify the information, you provide;
9. To request psychometric evaluations, employment background investigations, consulting services, recruitment and hiring processes, personnel outsourcing services, and human resources solutions;

11. To conduct research, analysis, and statistical reporting;
12. To maintain Human Quality databases updated;
13. To record telephone calls between you and Human Quality for support, quality assurance, complaints handling, suggestions, and claims regarding our services through physical and electronic communication channels;
14. To evaluate the quality of the services provided by Human Quality;
15. To improve the provision of services;
16. For administrative purposes;
17. To comply with legal obligations;
18. To satisfy operational and business requirements.
Non-necessary purposes
To generate statistical information and reports, as well as to contact you directly, or through Related Parties or business partners of Human Quality, during the development and delivery of marketing or advertising campaigns to offer additional products and/or services from Human Quality, its Related Parties, or business partners, even after the termination of the Contractual relationship; To conduct internal studies, generate statistical information, and reports related to the Services regarding: (i) those requested but not provided by Human Quality, or (ii) those provided by Human Quality that have been terminated; To process personal data as part of a decision-making process without evaluative human intervention and using mass data analysis techniques to perform profiling activities, based on combining information provided by you, information obtained from publicly accessible sources, social networks, and information that Human Quality may infer or obtain as a result of applying various data analysis technologies. This is for the purpose of contacting you and sending you advertising, promotional, and/or informational materials that we believe may be of interest to you. Unless you object, we will access the contact information you make visible on your social media profiles (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn) to update your personal data and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice.

Mechanisms to express to human quality the refusal to process your personal data for non-necessary purposes.
If you do not wish your personal data to be processed for the non-essential purposes described above, you may deny your consent through the request submitted to Human Quality in connection with the provision of services.
Your refusal to allow the processing of your personal data for such purposes shall not be grounds for denying the requested services.
Transfers of personal data
We inform you that your personal, sensitive, and financial data will be transferred within and outside the country to the following recipients and for the following purposes:

Security measures
Human Quality is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your Personal Data; therefore, in compliance with Corporate Policies and the Law, Human Quality maintains the necessary Security Measures to protect Human Quality databases and to prevent their loss, alteration, destruction, unauthorized use, access, or processing.
ARCO rights and / or revocation of consent
You or your legal representative may exercise any of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition (hereinafter “ARCO Rights”), as well as revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data, by sending an email to the Human Quality Legal Department at asistencia@humanquality.com.mx.
Your request must be made using the “ARCO Rights Request Form,” which is available on the website https://www.humanquality.com.mx in the ARCO Rights Request Form section. You can also request it by email at asistencia@humanquality.com.mx so that the Human Quality Legal Department can send it to you and follow up on your request. You or your legal representative must properly verify your identity by completing all the fields indicated on the form and attaching a copy of one of the valid official identification documents listed therein. Alternatively, you may exercise these rights by sending a written request to Human Quality, addressed to the Legal Department, at the following address: Avenida San Jerónimo, Floors 24 and 25, Colonia San Jerónimo, Monterrey, Nuevo León, C.P. 64640.
The request must include and be accompanied by:
• Your name and address, and any other means of communicating the response to you.
• Documents that prove your identity and/or that of your legal representative.
• A clear and precise description of the Personal Data with respect to which you seek to exercise any of the aforementioned rights.
• Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the Personal Data.
• In the case of rectification requests, you must indicate the modifications to be made and provide the documentation that supports your request (when applicable).
• Human Quality will inform you of the decision made within a period not exceeding 20 business days from the date on which your request was received, so that, if applicable, it may be implemented within 15 business days following the date on which Human Quality communicated the response to you.
• In the case of requests for access to Personal Data, delivery will proceed upon prior verification of your identity or that of your legal representative, as applicable.
Access to your Personal Data will be considered granted when it is made available to you, regardless of the medium or format; or, alternatively, you will be provided with simple copies of your data, at Human Quality discretion.
Regarding the revocation of your consent, please note that this will only be permitted in certain cases.

Limitation and / or disclosure of your personal data
You may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by sending your request to asistencia@humanquality.com.mx. If your request is granted, you will be registered on Human Quality exclusion list.
Changes or modifications in the privacy notice
This notice may be modified, changed, or updated due to new legal requirements, our own needs, and our data protection practices. Human Quality will keep you informed of any changes by making the new privacy notice available to you through one or more of the following means: (i) through our website: https://www.humanquality.com.mx (ii) at Human Quality facilities.
